Numb

So, anyways, it's way past lunchtime ... and I'm feeling numb. I don't know if it is lack of sleep, too much caffeine, the geeky emotional rollercoaster of seeing a new SW film (probably for the last time).

Well, seeing how I don't feel like eating, nor feel real in sync with what time it actually is in the work day ... Let's do some tidbits before it's time to eat my huli huli chicken salad sandwich

Oh and btw, no Yankee game today as well to ground me, hahaha as if that does at all

Whoever thought of this ... He is the one to bring balance to the Force

Okay, so why is bread sliced the short way and not the long way? ... while you mull that over, help me understand why it has taken so long to get this idea across.

The end times must be near, one of the paradoxes of modern life is now solved.

Giving you more closure on things from your formative years ...

Basically another draw the blood slowly article about the non-entity that is former rock gods VH

I, for one, am surprised that it seems Mikey has had enough of the quirky shirt that has gone on post-Gary. He indicates that despite denials to the contrary the bros tried to draw in big Dave 3 or 4 times to do a reunion disc and tour ... and then it was like try to do a tour, and then figure out if they could record again

Well that brings the total since 96 of try/deny bringing big Dave into the picture at somewhere near 10-12 instances ... this of course after the EVH interview, almost ten years ago, about Dave trying to make house/run shirt during the MTV thing, and minimizing the rumors about VH ever trying to get Dave back

All I can say is that, if it's about money, go dial up your friends in The Eagles, The Stones, or ... that little band that discovered you KISS ... and have them reassure you that tons of money helps with playing with shirtheads on the road every night for a year

OFF TOPIC

Found an interesting site that serves Motley Crue/Vince Neil performances and vids ... I haven't really been keeping up, so I have enjoyed some of the content

Comments

the interesting thing is then the unofficial back and forth ... the VHbros camp saying DLR wanted to much $$ and control ... DLRs camp saying hell no, he wasnt going on a salary while everyone else was profit sharing

Man... i saw that article and was gonna write about it but I considered it such a non-issue at this point. I mean cmon. It'll be another 5 years before we see EVH resurface. They guy has no guitar deals no record contract, no wife, he doesn't even have a band.

DLR... whatever the problem was it seems like he of all people wanted it to happen. I can only imagine what the problem could have been... can we say EVH liar delusional guy?

Anyways... i still love my 1984 and Fair Warning days...
