Lost in Boredom

Lost in Translation ... wow, what a borefest this was

I know the hype, I just may be the only dude on the planet Earth that totally didn't get this movie -- oh btw, SD didn't get it too and received the same unsolicited praise from friends et al. about it

There's not much I can really say about it -- it's not funny -- it has no perceptible story arc -- it's just people kinda mulling around in their boring lives in Japan

Funny, but my life is boring enough to waste spending time watching very DULL dvds -- YMMV with this one, caveat emptor

Yeah, I think I shall-- I had forgot that Cusack was in it, all I remembered about it was that it was Beckinsale's movie after PH

if you say it sucks it must suck. well 99% of the time you are right. I give you 1% of not knowing any better due to possible illness whether physical or mental.

Serendipity is probably the best love story i have seen in a long while. Cusack plays his usual character in this movie. Beckensale is gorgeous and I don't know why shes not in more movies!?

I loved it but yelled at the top of my lungs at the end of the movie because it was so perfect... and it would never happen to me. go check it out!

How is Serendipity? that's one we never got around to seeing -- although I was interested in seeing it

Yeah Lost in Translation is pretty dull -- i would say rent it but you probably have better things to do with $5

thanks for the info. i was waiting for this to come out used but if you are saying it sucks thats good enough for me.

usually we have the same taste in films as well as music so yeah... ill pass.

my favorite right now is serendipity.
