After some really cool commercials ... some really funny like the Justice Tour lighting lecture, the commune folky one with everyone chanting Hamment, Hamment, the Sandman lecture where the students do Devil Horns to make Metallica come out for an encore ... hilarious .... and a great one with Robert Trujillo talking about CLIFF!!!

It's ICON day at the LUAU!!!!

First off, I'm not not pleased with the lineup of performers scheduled to HACK ... err I mean, cover Metallica ...

Avril Lavigne will do FUEL

SUM 41 will do a Metallica medley: hey didn't they play Pipeline last night (its taped btw ... ha ... I have high hopes for this performance as Fat Lip showed these guys can metalll)

Staind will do NEM ... I'm on the outside, and nothing else matters ... GAGGG!!

Korn is supposed to do ONE ... I have my fingers crossed, they are a notoriously inconsistent performing band

Red Cap Fred still bandless ... he's supposed to do Welcome Home Sanitarium ... word has it HE WAS FrocKEN BOOED HEAVILY prior to their slaying ... err I mean, playing ... metallica fans are so damn cool ... I'M SO PROUD!!!!!

And Snoop Dogg ... yeah that's right, Mr. Girls Gone Wild Indo-indo-indo will be doing a song ... we should all pray for the safety of our eardrums ... ha ... Sad But True ... really ... YIKESSS

There is supposed to be cutscene thoughts by some entertainers ... supposedly Slash, Lisa Marie Presley, Aerosmith, and others ... like a certain Beavis and Butthead ... remember them?!??!?! ... ha

Then the first real, non-jail performance of the Boys ... with bass god Rob

Now, this is what I think is really messed up ... I hate trying to figure out when stuff is here on MTV ... the TV guides are always wrong ... and when I checked it was different than the schedule somewhere else

So folks, either its at 6PM or 9PM tomorrow ... I'll be watching from 3AM this morning to make sure I don't miss it ... ha
